JB, I am thinking about your Mom today. That hits home after my visit last week. The craft room looks amazing. Putting in an island was a great idea.
Southwest had a big sale yesterday, so Marilyn booked all of our travel for the next six months or so. For our Napa/Sonoma trip, we will be flying into Sacramento around lunchtime on October 2nd, if any of the Cali ladies want to meet up. I know that Sacramento isn't real close for anybody (and its super far for Lisa and Stacy), but I wanted to throw it out there.
Marilyn is howling with laughter because I got a packet in the mail from Porsche. She says that "how could anyone that drives as slow as me be sought after by Porsche."
The job application from the deli remains untouched - a reminder that many is the slip 'twixt cup and lip. Especially for those parenting teens.
QOTD: Insane optimism and confidence, similar to Jen. I think it is a prerequisite for certain jobs.
