Oof! I actually skipped #2 yesterday in line of a gentle walk instead, because my left hip and knee are still unhappy, but I am committed to doing the 2nd one today!

I support that approach, I am very much not doing them consecutive days! More proof that i am never trekking to base camp in real life.

I love hearing about mountain climbing; I know several people that have summited Everest and two that have Aconguagua but I have no interest in actually doing it, lol. I am an armchair mountain climber, I read all the books and being here in the west there have been so many options to see lectures, etc for various rock and mountain climbers, it's great.

hi all
things are good weight is the same. I think I need to start 'logging' my food though since I have not been. I've been trying to go by portioning and fullness, exercise and water intake to lose. I also didn't get to walk yesterday but day before did 2 miles. So- 1/2 way done for goal for week but also 2 -3 more lifting sessions since I didn't do that the other day.I may be ready to spill my beans on the secret in the next day or so, we will see.
QOTD: optimist with a large dose of realist. i see both sides of everything plus the gray area. My husband says that leans on negativity but my analyst brain see all- lol
so I suppose I need to log out all my food today.
B: coffee x 2 with SF vanilla creamer
9AM chicken sausage/cheese/ low carb wrap
L: 12:00 PM- chicken drum stick/stir fry
s: yogurt/fiber one topping/SF whipped cream
d: last of bbq pork/veggies

Good Morning!
Sending positive vibes to your family JB!
it's been a busy day so far - I got called in at 3:45 and got home around 7. It's rewarding to save a life first thing in the morning.. sets a tone for the day. I managed to run 3.5k when I got home and now I'm sitting down to go over some stuff before breakfast.
I wanted to let you all know.. that I got the job! They called yesterday morning and offered it to me. I have accepted and I start my training in two weeks. I am nervous/excited!
I haven't planned a menu yet today.. but 99% it'll be exactly the same as yesterday.
QOTD; depends on the day.
