Happy Tuesday!

JB, the Everest treks are intense, I am not doing them back to back but with a day or two in between! The scenery is worth it though!

Today I'll be doing a Pilates flow class, it should help with the stiffness from my fall on the stairs yesterday. I thought I would be quite a bit more sore so happy I am not.

QOTD - we have two unique woodland animals here, the both are at/above the timber line - the pika and the marmot.

menu today

coffee plus half and half x3 (the latest research confirmed yesterday that 3-5 cups of coffee makes you live longer than people who don't drink coffee. I theorize it also helps the people around you live longer but that is un researched)

chicken breast and Caprese salad

scrambled egg with cheese

pb toast

light and fit greek

Have a great day!

I didn't know you fell! Take it easy and rest if you need it.

Very true, I can attest to that.

That Marmot looks just like a groundhog some call them whistle pigs. Hmmm

I think groundhogs are a type of marmot...and both are really just types of squirrels
