Hi everyone,

anyone here ever use the Unjury protein chicken soup? It's not bad, but I was wondering if anyone has ever added any spices to it to make it better? It's so much better than the fruit flavored protein drinks and shakes I've been drinking for 6 weeks! It's just got a bad aftertaste.

I really liked it and I don't remember an aftertaste. I think I was just so grateful to eat something savory after the shakes. But you should feel free to add herbs and spices and experiment to make it taste better to you.

I used to drink that all the time since I didn't really like sweet things very much after surgery (too bad I've reverted since then...). Yes - fine to add herbs and spices to it!

I also tried protein drinks, but they were so bad I couldn't take them. But it cannot be denied by their nutrition.

Ooh me too. I figured out how to make ricotta and greek yogurt into lots of good bases for savory soft things, post op!
