Qotd: South Florida. If it wasn't for my husbands family I would be back in the Keys. Love Florida. We only have 2 seasons. Summer and January (think snow birds). And I love the ocean:

Still on Full liquids. I haven't tried anything else. It's enough trying to meet protein and water goals.

How are you doing post op? I'm almost 4 weeks post op and still on liquids. It is hard getting in all of them still for me. Hopefully Friday I will start soft foods. I've tried some food here and there per my surgeons instructions. How is your energy? Mine comes and goes. Friday at work was good, and then this weekend has been hard. Sometimes it's hard to lift my arms to wash my hair!

QOTD: NY, VA, VT

Switched from protein shakes to Isopure powder - I mix it in with my SF coolaid. Not great but doesn't make me sick like the shakes were. I have Unjury tasteless and their chicken soup on the way.
