I follow this woman on various platforms. Love her simple cooking (my type of cooking). So here is her salame al cioccolato.

I love it, and how simple it is. Definitely making that for my next dinner party.

Omg, poor Luna! She looks like she's trying not to fly away! Have fun with your friend. It's so emotional starting to see people again.

Luna knows she is the prettiest. I love it.

I wanted to name the daughter I never had Gemma. I love that name!

Hope you had a lovely day with your friend.

My IPad is malfunctioning to the point that I am going to look for a new one and then go pick some mangoes of our tree before the raccoons and iguanas get to them I can't eat any yet and these are the giant yummy Haden variety

qotd: Our puppy's name was picked out before we go here. My husband wanted the name Sadie and it turned out that after we adopted her that her name really was Sadie, I guess it was meant to be. She is a small dog, 14 pounds, won't play fetch and the worst ever jumper. But adorable in every way. I was going to post a pic. I haven't figured out how to do so yet.

Food: Shakes and maybe. I will try some soup later, I am still amazed at my total lack of interest in food.

Enjoy that lack of interest in food while it lasts!

Where do you live that there are mango trees and iguanas?!

Hope you continue to heal and feel well :)

Good morning everyone. That was a great trip JB, and since you've now got me salivating over the thought of a lobster roll, I need to make another trip your way.

Today is a short day for me too. I am done at noon and then I am heading out to wine country to meet friends for a late lunch. I love wine country. It is only 45 minutes from Portland and is incredibly beautiful and relaxing. We are meeting at Durant winery. In addition to their great wines, they also press their own olive oil and have a lovely nursery. The grounds are spectacular. I am really looking forward to it. Tomorrow I have an appointment to get my lashes and brows dyed (mine are blond and invisible) and then dinner at a friend's). Sunday is chore day. So many chores.....

QOTD: Layla got her name from the Derek and the Dominos song. What can I say? I love me some Eric Clapton.

My food plan is that I have no plan. I had some chicken stew for breakfast and have no idea for the rest of the day.

Speaking of flashback Friday...
