That's just CRAZY,, you guys did awesome to make it all the way to the bike! WELL DONE

I actually did a pyramid set of deadlifts this weekend but not at 155 lbs. I think the top of my pyramid was 8 reps at 130 which I'm still very happy with for now. We haven't done any DB snatches yet or pull-ups. Plenty of DB squats, mountain climbers from the platform, shoulder flies, shoulder presses, DB curls, hammer curls, skull crushers, leg presses, straight arm pull downs, kettlebell swings, deadbugs, russian twists, leg lift and holds. (all 4 sets of 12 or sometimes 15)

Watch him have me do supersets tonight... lol

Happy Friday Eve, and a MOST happy birthday to Grim! Geminis are FANTASTIC PEOPLE!

QOTD - My birthday was in October, and it came and went in a lovely, quiet way. I had cake, and was surrounded by dogs, family, husband and love. As it should be.

Breakfast - fasting, so hot black coffee (LOTS OF IT) and water

Lunch - shocker, I did not bring food so going somewhere with hubs. I'm making him take me to my favorite vegan place. Thinking a vegan "beef" burrito made of seitan, with some french fries! I'm hungry today!

Snack - nectarine, pepitas

Dinner - eh. Smoothie, its just hot here y'all!

qotd: Really don't remember but I it probably involved getting a new orchid for the porch from the garden center at the hardware store which was open as an essential business. Husband and I work at the same place as essential workers so I was there as well, ribs on the grill and a few friends social distancing outside.

RNY was on Monday, I was a wuss so stayed 2 nights. Much better today on the 4th day, you were right, Great8

First day on full liquid.

breakfast, lunch and dinner is a protein shakes. Here it is almost lunch and I haven't finished breakfast yet. It's going down slow.

I can't sleep thru the nite ..... ever . I wake up at three AM on the floor after having " seen" eight episodes of a series I don't remember .

cottage cheese 1/2 large container fat free

tea w powdered skim milk

vitamins

mushroom sauce ( fat free) chicken Marsala and string beans , ravioli and yellow rice and fresh peas

Homemade lowfat meat loaf

a few pistachios- like 15
