Good Morning JB and Menuers,
So today is my Thursday. After I get through my 9:30 AM meeting tomorrow it will be smooth sailing. I wanted to take a long weekend and head out for a road trip but couldn't find anything affordable (or at least what I was willing to pay) Last minute. Looks like we may end up in downtown Pittsburgh for the Arts festival. It's is always interesting seeing how creative people can be. It's also a great opportunity to get some creative Christmas gifts so I can get a head start on a few items. I got Bible study tonight so that always keeps me from snacking. I am not close enough to my pantry to grab crap I do not need.
QOTD: Nope not at all. I actually will deny that I am even sic****il my body won't let me go any further.
Accountability: A bunch of snacks. I know I had a Carb conscious bar before I hit the bed but I also had hickory smoked almonds and chicharrons.
TSS: 3 years 5 Months 29 days:134.8 (Lowest 129.4)
B: Coffee with SF CM Chocolate Caramel creamer
MS: Carb master Cinnamon bun yogurt, and mixed fruit.
CB: Coffee with SF CM Chocolate Caramel creamer
L. Turkey meatballs and snack select.
D: I will eat a snack select during bible study and when I get home I have a crockpot of Jen's Lemon chicken that will be waiting for me.
Exercise: 3.5 mile run. (Done)
Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I started a sublingual B12 3x a week
Everybody Have a great day.
Brightest Blessings.

Good morning. No word on the missing employee. Sigh. I did very well food wise yesterday, under my menu plan, but added a big glass of fabulous wine to sip on the patio while the hubs grilled veggies and chicken fajitas. We do not use the outdoor kitchen enough, and we both plan on changing that. Today I have a big day at work and need to find time to organize a dumpster to be delivered (for a bunch of wood, sorry Mel!) as we are taking down the backyard patio cover in preparation for the house to be re-stucco'd and painted. Year of adulting continues, but our to do list is getting lots of check marks on it. And tonight we are supposed to see friends we have not seen since fall of 2019!! But, he's a bit under the weather and now we are waiting to see how he is feeling today. May be rescheduling.
QoTD: Not even a little bit. I'm a mix of Jim and Kelly. Germaphobe -- but feel like if I wait an hour, anything will just go away. I'll be saying that when I die. Just give it an hour, it'll pass.
Menu:
B: 2.5 oz chicken thigh, 1/4 c cottage cheese
L: 3 oz tri tip, 1 tbsp sugar free bbq sauce, 1/4 c sugar free coleslaw
D: possibly out, so I don't know - but if home, chicken tenders in the air fryer and salad
S: Two good strawberry yogurt
Pease everyone!

Wow. I just can't believe that someone would be so selfish as to not consider how scary it would be for you not to know.
