Good Afternoon JB and Menuers,

I had an eye appointment this morning so running a little late. Hope all is well with everyone. A shout out to JB and Amy Liz getting there groove back. I am so proud of you guys.

Only thing I got going is I hit the ten mile mark today in my Elvis run. Other than that I just can't wait till 5:00 and for my eyes to not be dilated any longer.

QOTD: My Dad made sure that every year we would go on a vacation. Usually to a beach. He loved the Carolinas so we would do Myrtle or Nags Head. However if they were on strike or laid off he would make sure we still vacationed so we would just head to Erie or Over to Ohio in the Sandusky area where there was a Sea world and Cedar point. We never had a summer without a vacation.

Accountability: I ate over half a Lilly's salted caramel chocolate bar and Mystery flavor lays potato chips. I am trying to figure out the flavor and I keep eating them. I still have no idea what flavor they are.

TSS: 3 years 5 Months 28 days:134.8 (Lowest 129.4)

B: Coffee with SF CM Chocolate Caramel creamer

MS: Carb master Cinnamon bun yogurt, and mixed fruit.

CB: Coffee with SF CM Chocolate Caramel creamer

L. Turkey meatballs a slice of turkey meatloaf and a small piece of corn on the cob.

D: Turkey meatloaf and some vegie..

Exercise: 3.5 mile run. (Done)

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I started a sublingual B12 3x a week

Good Morning!

im a bit late posting today - busy morning!
My interview went well. They have asked for a current manager reference as well as another reference. I reached out to my manager to inquire if she would be okay providing said reference.. which is a bit awkward because they don't know I'm on the job hunt.. oh well.
I feel as long as my references are good the job is mine.

QOTD: we spent the summer camping.. we seasonally camped at the provincial park near our home. It was fabulous

I can deal with things being awkward if I don't get it - I know I am good at my current job and have never had any type of disciplinary action taken against me- so they'd have to fight my union to get rid of me if this looking for another thing has cheesed them off.. I'm actually hoping it'll make them take our concerns seriously at risk of losing talented technical staff - I know I'm not the only one looking for a new job.. we shall see! I got really good vibes from this manager.. so I remain hopeful!

Hey Guys -

well, sparkpeople, the tracker I've been using for probably 10 years, is closing down in August! I looked at My Fitness Pal, and they do have a browser version (which I prefer - I hate using my phone and phone apps!), and it works pretty much the same way - so I'm good. I just wish there was a way to transfer all my data over - but...no. How do you guys get your menus to post here? I'm guessing that's one of the features of the app? I'll take a look at it...

Bummer about SparkPeople... I hope you can still access all that data. I would hate to lose it.

I use the MFP browser to plan then just use the app to make little updates on the fly through out the day.

I just take a screenshot of my browser and upload the pic here to show my menu. I'm just too lazy to write it out twice after I already enter it into the program :)

Same as JB. I use paint to crop the screenshot then upload to OH. I prefer browsers to apps in general, but MFP's is pretty easy to use.
