Yeah Friday!!! Just hope it goes fast.
No big plans for the weekend but they are promising pool weather so I'll get some Vitamin D this weekend. I'll do my crazy 8 all body work out tomorrow morning and this is yard and garage sale season. So all of those who did not fair through the pandemic as well as I did should have a good selection of cloths in my size waiting for me to scoop them up. My plan is a new outfit for every day next week
QOTD: I been looking at some old accounts to see if there is an opportunity to work with them again and realized there are about 4 accounts somehow that I have not got paid on since 03-13-17. So someone is owed a big old check. I can not wait to find out the amount. it may even be vacation money.
Accountability: Have not done this one in awhile but I dug in the peanut butter jar.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I started a sublingual B12 3x a week

TGIF OH!! Beautiful garden, JB. Sending happy thoughts for your staff PR today. It's been a crazy week. I don't have any photos to share but I give you this:
I have been working from home on Friday's but since we have a so many working from home and the short week... whatever, I screwed up and didn't have any office staff scheduled for today, so here I am!
I had a hard time last night with CAMAW last night. Not because I was hungry, I was anxious or maybe bored? I kept looking for something to eat. I ended up eating a couple pieces of cheese, jerky, popsicles and several cups of tea. The scale was still down a little? I think I need to keep busier/distracted. Please share any tricks you have to keep you from eating!!!
Tell you something good? It's been less than a week and I feel amazing! It feels good to exercise and sleep well. It feels good to drink jus****er and be well hydrated with a clear mind. It feels great to know I am doing what my body needs. I'm so glad I logged on last week! Thank you everyone for all the support!
Mindful of all the stuff I'm supposed to do...

1) I love that cat's pic.
2) I crochet like it's nobody's business. It keeps my hands busy and I can't eat while I'm crocheting. I have found it very helpful especially at night when I have the munchies attack.

Good morning, and happy Friday y'all.
QOTD - I am struggling mentally and having a hard couple of days, but seeing all the good you guys are experiencing has been a boost today! I will say that something good in my life is that I am actually maintaining a healthy weight, -9lbs below my ultimate goal of 135 which is still a very acceptable weight for my age/height so today, that will be my happy. And I love seeing all the pictures posted! Love love love!
Breakfast - fasting so hot black coffee, water
Lunch - eating out, I'm having a veggie taco with guac, and also a cheese enchilada (I will pay for the cheese later but my soul needs it today).
Snack - mandarins and pepitas
Dinner - Heavy lunch, so if anything a kale smoothie.
