I'm sure if it's part of your role the person is well aware of where they stand.

Mornin' All!

I signed up for a 17-mile bike ride today with a biking group, with lunch at a restaurant afterward. Seventeen miles isn't a problem for me, but it's supposed to be a scorcher today. Hopefully it won't be too horrible until noon - although the ride home from the restaurant could be uncomfortable (with the heat). Ugh. Nothing else on the agenda other than getting caught up with movies for my class. Shouldn't be too hard since it'll be in the 90s this weekend - so I'll be in the house ANYWAY most of the time!

QOTD: I'm just generally happy that it's summer (almost), and I've been vaccinated, and I can meet up with people again - so life is seeming semi-normal again!

B: plain Greek yogurt with 1 T chia seeds and strawberry/blueberry compote, coffee with half & half

MS: I'll be biking starting at 9:30, so I hadn't planned on anything, although maybe I should take a protein bar with me...

L: 1 C African peanut stew and 1/2 a turkey/avocado sandwich

AS: protein shake (if I need the protein - otherwise, probably a L&F yogurt and maybe a skinny bagel)

D: a serving of "veggie made" rotini (vegetable pasta...) topped with two turkey meatballs

Have a great day, everyone! (I can't find a recent picture to post - I'll have to have someone take one today!)

Most of the low performers are pretty self-aware, but every now and then I get one who acts completely shocked.

She is aware... but today we are formally moving to a PIP and I don't think she sees that coming.

Happy Friday JB and gang,

The last month has been crazy busy at work so I apologize for not posting more but I hope to start being a frequent flyer here again. Workouts have been keeping me sane and I've also been spending more time going for hikes/walks with my daughter who is 22 so I'm soaking in all the time she allows me. Last night was a pretty solid workout with my trainer and the plan is to go again tonight after work, then tomorrow in the morning before too many people take over the gym equipment.

QOTD: I'd have to say my happy place right now includes the gym, time with my kids and family as well as just enjoying nature on these warmer sunny days.

B - Optifast

L - tossed salad with chicken breast

S - greek yogurt

D - Optifast & broccoli (not together)

S - turkey pepperette or dry roasted almonds

Enjoy the weekend everyone!

Pic is what was supposed to be my thumbnail pic but it looks like its cut off in the preview.

Great picture!! I think that there is a tool that you can use to center them for the profile pic.

Thank you. I did try the editing tool a few times but for some reason it keeps cutting half off once I upload. Oh well half of me is enough! lol

Beautiful pic and great hear how you are loving the exercise routine! So nice that you still have your daughter close, too :)

Thank you. Yes I cherish moments with my kids even more these days as they get busier with their own lives.
