I did not learn how to swim until I was on my 30s so anything that involves being in the water that is not a bathtub is outside my comfort zone and I usually expect to drown.
(Also, it's never too late to learn a new skill!)

I think swimming is one of those things you have to learn as a kid to be comfortable with it. My sister and I swam like fish from the time we were three or four years old. By the time my brother came along, we'd moved to a different place and didn't belong to a pool, so he didn't grow up swimming. He did take several lessons while in his 30s, but he's still not completely comfortable with it.

Of course! It's yummy and easy!
in the slow cooker, chicken breasts, one packet of Italian dressing seasoning, juice from three lemons, and a stick of butter, Cubed. Cook on high one hour, then turn low for 5-6 hours and then remove the chicken and shred. I use breasts but could do with any cut. It comes out juicy and tender.

ok first pic is a fun one. Walked the dogs on break yesterday and they went crazy, walked over to where they were and my two left car doors were open? I had thought either DH was putting something in OR someone broke in... well it was something, not someone. he/she opened both doors and climbed inside. there is mud and dirt everywhere. no other damage.
second is skylar the blind wonderpup. Well he is 1 year 2 months now. I was playing with him before bed and he rolls over to show his dots.
scale down but not to new low yet, did legs and walked a mile at gym yesterday. food was pretty good.
