Yay for Rob's 2nd COVID shot!

We saw Cruella on Saturday! I really liked it but I was a little unprepared for how DARK it is. I thought Disney would be a little lighter, but...oof, no! Really good though, and I am looking forward to the sequel they set up so nicely after the credits (watch til the end!).

I'm glad you liked Cruella! I am totally expecting dark!!! I love Emma Stone. It looks so good I can't wait!!!

I have listened to one - "In your own backyard" It's about Kristin Smart who disappeared from San Luis Obispo, CA (where I live) 25 years ago. They JUST this year finally charge a guy with murder.

I would love to hear about more good ones for my commute!!!

You got this girl!! How are the Mahi-Mahi burgers? I've looked at them 100 times, but always put them back.

I think they are really good--not too "fishy". I usually have them plain with tartar sauce, but since I am skipping the sauce today, I am going to attempt my own blackened dry rub to give them some flavor. I'll let you know....

Reporting back to say that I added some Louisiana Blackened spices, threw it in the air fryer and it was perfect! Highly recommend :)

The air fryer!!! I got a new one for Christmas and finally found out what all the buzz was about. I had one a few years ago that was awful. THAT looks great! Definitely going to try them\.
