Mernin' errybody, Happy Friday!
QOTD - I birdwatch and birdfeed, especially the hummingbirds.
Breakfast - fasting, so hot black coffee and water
Lunch - we have a team outing so I packed a PB&J, oat milk, pepitas, mandarins, crackers and some *****in' sauce. YUM!
Snack - no snack today, womp womp. But the sandwich should hold me.
Dinner - Meeting some friends at a local Asian place, fell through last night. So gonna try again tonight, I'll stick to the steamed rice, and veggies!

Happy Friday! It seems half the company took today off so other than 5 meetings it's a quiet morning. Good to get situated for next week, which is already JUNE!
JB, not sure about AMAW but my goals for June are 30 days of deliberate exercise and plan, track and measure everything. It's a good reset!
