Good Morning JB and Menuers,
The tread is thriving. Oh it is so exciting to have you all back. JB you had me crying yesterday when you and Grim have that RH moment. I can just see you two all full of sugar and happy as can be that your tools are working. LOL. I also enjoyed the Beauty school talk because in a past life I was a Beauty School teacher. Worst Job EVER. I am defiantly not teaching material.
In other news the Philly Cheese steak stuffed Portobello mushroom is awesome. I am glad to be able to add it to my repertoire. And I don't know why but my weight has been coming back down slowly but surely and I am supper happy. I would love to get under 130 for my first 5K coming up July 3rd.
QOTD: I have a Squirrel Feeder. We have tons of wildlife in our backyard. You never know what you will see. My DB and I were on the back porch one time and a squirrel was coming out the feeder and a fox darted out of the woods and grabbed him for lunch. Of course DB comment was "You didn't know you had a fox feeder too."
Accountability: I Had 3 sugar free Mini Reese's cups and I few(1 Handful)of Carmel covered cheese balls.

One time we decided to go out for ice cream and the RH hit us before we got home. We were driving and audibly moaning together. We were miserable but also couldn't help but laugh our heads off, because it was ridiculous.
Love all your pics!

Good morning everyone! Seeing JB and Amy Liz post again has inspired me also. I have been struggling a lot the past few months and made the decision to go on medication. My anxiety has been really bad. I really struggle when I drive. I had a horrible panic attack on the way to my daughter's house and had to pull over. It was in that moment that I knew I had to do something. I am feeling better with the medication. I also started to see my counselor again.
My work is still closed. I am hopeful that we will reopen in July or August. I really want to lose my regain, which is about 15 pounds. In a perfect world, I would lose 25. We just bought the Concept 2 Rower. I am getting used to it. I also find that I need to keep my food simple and not overthink things. I need to get back to basics and no wine!! It's a slippery slope for me and I need to just not drink. Evenings are hard! I love sitting outside under the pergola, listening to Neil Young with my hubby and drinking wine. I know I will never get to goal if I continue to do that.
QOTD- We love all the birds at my house. I have hummingbird feeders, finch feeders and regular bird feeders. The deer love to eat the birdseed too.
Food plan for today-
2 eggs with 1/2 c. cottage cheese
fairlife protein shake for the car ( I'm headed to get my hair done)
Shredded chicken with pico
Steak kabobs on the grill
Have a wonderful weekend everyone and be safe! We need to be kind to ourselves and remember how far we have come.

Maddymoe I'm so glad to hear that you are working with someone to help you feel better. I was taught a trick a few years ago that might help just a little bit while you are driving. I have some issues related to my son in his car accident, and certain situations trigger them. My counselor suggested that I "work my mind" when I start to get in that space. So, for me, if I am coming to a big bridge and my anxiety starts to ramp, I start doing multiplication tables out loud. I'm not good at math, I'm the reason calculators were invented. So when I am progressing through multiplication tables, my brain has to focus on that thought and it eases me through the anxiety a bit. Not a fix all, but maybe helpful!
