What's on your Monday menu?

so my daughters birthday was Sunday. I decided to eat a little more than usual. Accountability: handful of popcorn, 4 squares of a giant Hershey bar, 3/4 **** cream, small slice of cake. Yikes! After listing all the stuff I ate I am embarrassed. Today my stomach was uncomfortable. Every time I tried to drink water I felt full. Finally late this afternoon I felt better. I feel like Sunday was a good learning experience: it is a slippery slope when allowing myself to eat off my plan. It definitely triggered my "head hunger". Today I am glad to be eating on my program again! Also I can finally take my medications without crushing them!
QOTD: my MSN program requires an electronic professional portfolio. I would like to complete a few more sections of the project. A hike with my daughter
