What's on your (photo) Friday menu?
Good morning menu'rs
As Kales mentioned, we have a long weekend here in Canada so I'm hoping today flies by. Gym went well last night but the Maples Leafs didn't fare so well. It was only game one so onward and upward. I came home and cooked up my meatballs and veggies,,,,, boy was that a treat after shakes for an extended period. I had planned on a greek yogurt as an evening snack but I was honestly stuffed so maybe there was a bit of a restriction reset.
QOTD: Relaxxx and enjoy the outdoors while it's sunny. Since it's a long weekend I will try to get to the gym tonight and again in the morning then just do hikes/walks Sunday and Monday. If we get rain, I'm gonna search for a good movie to watch. I think the last movie I actually watched was Finding Dory - yes I'm that person that gets a kick out of the kids movies as an adult. Suggestions for ANY good movie are welcome!
B - Optifast
L - Optifast - few raw veggies
D - so many options - maybe shrimp on the BBQ with some fire grilled veggies
S - greek yogurt or turkey pepperette
Enjoy the weekend everyone ;)
I grew up a Red Sox fan, so I know the pain of the Maple Leafs fans. For what its worth's lot of Blackhawks fans are rooting for them.
The last movie we watched was The Dawn Wall. It's about rock climbing and was really good.

Good morning and happy Friday to everyone! Last night we wrapped up visiting with my Dad and they are leaving the campgrounds this morning. It was so good to get to spend time with him. Tonight, the grand girls arrive, so it's going to be an active weekend. Hoping to ride bikes with them, plenty of playgrounds at the park to check out (I think there are 6 total, so I was thinking packing a picnic lunch and riding to each one for 1/2 hour or so of playtime at each), there is a water splash pad play ground and then the swimming pool. I hope they keep me moving this weekend as I have done a terrible job lately of moving my body. Like someone said earlier this week, I need to "just do it!". Of course there will be S'mores cones for them and maybe ice cream after we try renting a foot pedal boat to take out on the lake. So glad those types of food don't call to me.

Good morning Mel and Menuers,
It is finally here. Yeah. Just 8 more hours and I am gold. Everyone is heading out of town for the weekend so I am on Mom duty. It shouldn't be bad since we got the pool up and running. I am going to guess she has pool time planed.
QOTD: I will do my crazy 8 all body work out tomorrow morning. I plan to hit some estates sales this weekend and get some new to me clothes and definitely hit the pool if it is sunny. It's not supposed to rain till late Sunday so fingers crossed. I really need a relaxing weekend so hopefully this will be it.
Accountability: I ate some more dill pickle popcorn, Tasso Frozen yogurt bar, and an apple. I also over ate on calories with healthy choices.
