What's on your Thursday menu?
Good morning! Had a great evening 'round the campfire last night. My husband and I managed to pull off grilling dinner for 7 on our tiny 12" x 18" bbq (and liberal use of the tiny RV oven and microwave --I've said it's glamping, right?) The weather finally cooperated and the winds died down. Nothing really like the smell of a campfire burning on a cool summer evening. Today is work and rest -- for tomorrow the grand girls arrive for the weekend. That at least will get me out on my bike, into the pool and running around the playground for the weekend.
QoTD: I'm going with restaurants. I love food experiences. Even if they now include just a few bites of this or that.

B: hb egg, 1/4 cottage cheese, EBTB seasoning
L: 3 oz gyros meat on one egglife wrap and 1 tbsp tzatziki sauce
D: chicken and feta sausage with broccolini, tomatoes and more feta all roasted together on a sheet pan
S: 1 oz beef jerky/Sonoma cheddar crackers (4)

Good Morning Mel and Menuers,
I had to take my car in for services. It was nice that they had the shuttle back running. I hated to inconvenience DH to drive me when they would not shuttle due to Covid. My company lifted mas restrictions today as well. As long as you turned in proof of vaccine we no longer have to wear mask. Some are still weary but I am glad to be done with it here at work.
QOTD: Flights. When I was in my 20's I had a cousin who worked for US airways and with his benefits we could fly on any flight with open seats. One day we took the Early flight out to New Orleans just to have Lunch and drink Hurricanes and came back on the evening flight. We had Crawdad's what a great memory.
Accountability: I bought the Dill Pickle flavored popcorn from Aldi.
