What's on your (photo) Friday menu?
Sounds like you are dialed in on your nutrition! Is the City Chicken something you make? It looks good.

Morning errybody, happy Friday!
QOTD - My bedroom. I spend a lot of time there, just relaxing with hubs, dogs. I definitely think it's my favorite place. After that, the kitchen. It's where we talk a lot, and spend time with friends (when they used to come over!).
Breakfast - fasting, so hot black coffee and water
Lunch - Going to a local place for coworkers bday. Vegan pizza and salad for me
Dinner - No plans yet, but thinking I will grab something on the way home from grocery store. Maybe a roast chicken for hubs and MIL, and a salad and pasta dish for sides, and I will do crispy tofu as main dish for me.
I hope you all have a beautiful day!
Christina
Let it begin with me.

Good morning, everybody!
Big news:
I'm actually going to be in Europe during the Chicago and Michigan stops. And no Alpine Valley stop this year. But they are playing 2 nights in Colorado and 1 night in Dallas, so I am going to mix visits with the kids and the concerts if I am able to get tickets when they go on sale next Friday. Oh, and maybe a trip to Hershey August 27th, if Chrissy and the hub want to go.
Sadly there will be no reprise of the July 14, 1974 Selland Arena show.
This morning we are in a bit of a frenzy trying to get the children's tax returns done. Hopefully, my daughter did her own because she is a CPA in training.
Other than that, pretty much the usual: Crossfit, Happy Hour, and checking emails.
QOTD: Definitely the family room. Soft couches and entertainment.
Photo Friday: OK, this is our mystery. What happened to the patio porch furniture covers. Note the long symmetrical cuts . there doesn't seem to be any gnawing or chewing and there are no marks whatsoever on the actual furniture. Assuming that it wasn't neighborhood juvenile delinquents with a jack knife what could have done this? We think maybe a hawk because we had one in our tree last year.
Breakfast: Protein bar
Lunch: Hello Fresh
Dinner: Cheese and wine
Have a great day, all!

There's only one and the concert tape is on the internet.
