Thanks! I was agonizing over it for a week, but have to say, it was best diet ever.

Anxiety either helps a diet or kills a diet depending who you are. Glad it was in your favor.

Mornin' All!

Looks like another beautiful day out there - too bad it's not 10 degrees warmer. But it's supposed to be in the 70s this weekend, so at least it's on its way! I'd planned to go to water aerobics today at noon, but maybe I'll bike instead. I hate to not take advantage of beautiful sunny days like this! Other than that, I need to run by the library to pick up a hold - and over to my mom's to take pictures of a couple of documents she needs to get a $45 check from the state's "unclaimed property" fund. God knows how long it's been there. I saw it on there a couple of days ago when I discovered the unclaimed property database and searched it for all our names (no one else had anything on there except for her). She didn't want to pursue it because she thought it was too much of a hassle, but come on - $45 and you just have to snap and upload a couple of photos? So I said I'd do all the legwork for her (not that there's that much legwork to do...).

QOTD: definitely those horrible 80's perms. I had waist-length hair as a teen and 20-something. When I turned 30, I thought I needed a more "adult" haircut, so I had it cut to chin-length and had one of those ridiculous perms. I looked like a poodle!

B: vanilla skyr with 1/2 diced mango, coffee with half & half

MS: protein shake

L: well, water aerobics (if I go) is at noon, so I may just take a meal replacement bar to eat afterwards, since I'm going over to my mom's then and who knows how long I'll end up staying

AS: if anything, 1/2 protein muffin and maybe a L&F yogurt

D: maybe yogurt pie since I need to fini**** up - it's starting to get old...

have a great day, everyone!
