What's on your (photo) Friday menu?

Good mornin everyone! Hope today finds you doing ok. Chrissy, hoping your meeting ent better than expected!
My surgery is scheduled around 1. Not really thrilled I can't have anything to eat or drin****il that late in the day. I have to turn my stimulator off before and I can't have anything for pain until after surgery either. Promises to be interesting... I'm already parched even though I really pushed the fluids yesterday.
My psychiatrist listened and I'm back on Effexor. It worked so well before. It has to have a prior authorization so I haven't started it yet. I originally thought it was making me sick but turns out it continued after discontinuing taking it. I think at the time is was the Tylenol 4s. Every once in a while it still does.
QOTD: What are you looking forward to this weekend?
I'm really just looking forward to this surgery being done and the follow up Saturday. Hoping for a quite weekend.
Food is so unplanned today. I will have a bag of GF pretzels with me to be able to take my meds after the surgery.
Pics for today are from last night. We had to buy a new bed for our biggest dog, Frankie, and well....the cats really love it! LOL. They are such nuts.

Good Morning!
Good Luck today Melody! You'll be in my thoughts.
Everyday my body continues to amaze me. Things I don't think are possible I prove wrong - leading to a run update... yesterday's program was run 3, walk 3, run 4, walk 3
x 2, run 3 walk 3.. I tell you.. The first 4 min run was rough - but midway through the second 4 minute run I could breathe better and I didn't want to die anymore. I am so proud of myself.. and that right there is so much motivation for finishing the program!
QOTD: I'm looking forward to the weekend being over ;) I'm on call this weekend.. not only am I on call with people I absolutely get no pleasure working with.. call also means I can't run or go for a walk.. because I have to get to the hospital within 30 minutes of the call & its 15 (minimum, depending on time of day) minutes away. I hope it rains, all weekend.

Happy Friday all! My new piano arrived early. Came in yesterday instead of today so I was pretty excited about that! I assembled some shelving yesterday after work. The instructions said it was a two person job, but I improvised and after about an hour got it done. There were a few times there I wanted to just throw everything out the window and give up, but I finally completed it so I was pretty proud of myself. Let?s just hope it doesn?t fall apart! Haha
QOTD: going fishing tomorrow then taking mom out for a Mother?s Day brunch on Sunday. Other than that I?m looking forward to playing around with my new piano!
B: fasting until noon. Black coffee, hot tea and water
L: protein shake and Ezekiel toast with peanut butter
D: leftover salmon or pork and veggies
S: L&F Greek yogurt and an apple
