Hi Everyone

I have been diligent with my walking. I did 2 miles today. I am trying to be consistent with time and mileage since I have the 5k in June. I am feeling good about it so far. 2 more weeks until I can start a weightlifting program.

QOTD: my favorite genre depends on my mood. Seems like I go in phases. Rom-com, drama, action, comedy. However, I don't particularly like sci-fi and most horror movies.

B: 1/4 c F&L Greek yogurt

L: 1/4 c puréed Buffalo chicken

D: 1/3 c low carb chicken enchilada Casserole

S: 1/4 c sf pudding, protein drink

I do measure and track everything I eat. Of course I am early in the wls process
