I don't know if I mentioned it but I got the clearance from my eye doctor on Friday to go ahead and get the COVID vaccine! Got it scheduled for this coming Friday! Wooo hooo! I'll be so glad to get it done.

Good Morning Mel and Menuers,
Hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was actually filled with social gatherings and it looks like everyone is kinda ignoring were in a pandemic. I even accidently entered my building here at work without a mask this morning. In my defense it is raining and I had cookies I brought in work for my co-workers so I was juggling a bit this morning.
Friday we did food trucks and I found an Argentinian truck that had Chimichurri and they put it on a thin sliced flank steak with cheese and roasted red peppers. I opted not to eat the bun and it was lovely. Finally found a food truck that was not sold out and I loved it. Saturday we went to an Eagle Scout Court of Honor ceremony and I was so proud of him. They listed all of his Merit Badges and he got one for Motorboating. Wow he should be so proud. DH was giggling so hard the whole pew was shaking. Sunday we were invited to a luncheon with some members of the church we are joining. They were all Elders pastors and People who run fellowship meetings. We were the only ones that weren't involved in the church in a higher capacity other than being part of the congregation. We did feel very welcome and they were loving up on the Oreo cheesecake I made.
QOTD: I will say Comedy

Good morning, everybody!
I had a good weekend, but it went by too quickly. Marilyn is leaving Friday to go out to Colorado and pick up my son at school. Unfortunately, his apartment is not free until June, so everything needs to be moved home and then back to school in August.
I was not very strong on Saturday, so I am changing my schedule a little to make Friday a rest day this week.
I really need to take a shower this morning, so that is on my agenda even though I working out right afterwards.
QOTD: Either historical movies like Melody, or Comedies. The most recent movie I watched was the Dawn Wall and it was really good, although it does not fall into either category.
Breakfast: Sausage and cottage cheese
Lunch: chili
Dinner: Fish in Parchment paper, I believe.
Have a great day, all!

Good morning! Yesterday was full of family, friends and adventures but I am ready to make my way home today. It will be interesting to weigh in tomorrow. I've made lots of good decisions and more than a few bad picks. Not enough exercise for sure. I'll try to post a picture of the club we want to last night. It's designed as a rail car and they run a constant "video " outside the windows so you think you are flying through snow covered mountains by train the whole time. Every ****tail is a masterpiece with up to 30-40 ingredients. It was amazing.
QoTD. Action adventure and RomCom.
menu is very up in the air today because of our flight
B: thinking the naked relleno with shrimp again. Last chance and it was amazing.
L snacking for lunch today. I have Pre measured servings of beef jerky and Sonoma cheese crisps with me.
D a taco sounds both amazing and easy with no clean up.
Peace Everyone!
