What's on your Wednesday menu?
Based on how hard it was for me to get through the one week pre-surgery liquid diet, I can't imagine how tough it is to stay on Optifast for weeks at a time. You are doing great and I hope you achieve everything you have dreamed of.

Mornin' All!
we moved our Monday online Mah Jongg game to 8:00 this morning, so I don't know if I'll have time for breakfast beforehand or not - but maybe if I'm quick here. I'm always up before 8:00, but 8:00 commitments don't always work for me
I went to my gym for the first time in months yesterday and did the weight machines. I'm kicking around the idea of going to water aerobics at noon, which I haven't done since way before the pandemic. They limit the class size to 10, and it's all seniors, who've more than likely all been vaccinated (over 70% of our county's seniors have...). Plus my doctor friend said chlorine will kill the virus - it's more the locker room that could be an issue - so if it's warm enough, maybe I'll just wear a coverup and come right home right after exiting the pool. Although I've been vaccinated, so.. Anyway, if not today, I would like to do water aerobics as one of my cardio options since I want to mix my cardio up more - I don't want to burn out on any one thing.
QOTD: well, Amazon if online counts. Otherwise probably the grocery store if this free thing is permanent rather than a one-shot thing. It seems like that's where most of our money goes...
