What's on your Saturday menu?
Good morning! The sun is finally shining here at the campground. Hoping it will last for a few hours at least. I made pancakes and sausages for the girls for breakfast, so I ate my first pancakes in probably three years. I ate two small ones and a piece of sausage. My heart is racing from the carbs, but it was a fun treat to start the day. The girls are loving it here and we are right next to the playground so they have a bit of freedom. Only one hour and 45 minutes until the pool and splash pad open. Or so they keep reminding me. Lol. The bikes are out and we are going to take them on a ride soon, then pool and I've got to run to the grocery store. They get picked up about 4 and one of my BF's and her husband are coming for dinner. Just the start of a special day/week as tomorrow we are doing a 25 mile ride to Coronado and back with another set of friends and then dinner and late/early birthday celebrations with a different family. All people we haven't been able to see this year. Now we are all vaccinated and going to get to catch up. Very exciting weekend for me!

Hi Melody, my blood tests were also pretty good so I don't understand this terrible fatigue! Did your Dr. give any reasons?
Last year I could blame it on extremely low Vitamin D but it's now in normal range.
I wonder if it's Covid-19 brain, due to the isolation etc.? I live in Ontario, Canada & we're in lockdown. I live on my own but am too tired to even visit with immediate family!
I'd be very interested to hear your thoughts! This is my 1st visit on this site so I'm not sure if I'm following protocol or not! Thanks, Susan

Hi Susan! And welcome to the site!
My doctor said for me it's likely all the issues with my health. I had surgery 4 weeks ago for a spinal cord stimulator. I'm also taking Tylenol 4s and methocarbamol so it also makes me tired. I see my bariatric surgeon on may 10th so I'll ask him about the tiredness too.
I think Covid has really messed up everyone's old normal and created a lot of depression. That in itself can make you exhausted!
I was though...hoping to see a definite reason for my tiredness but alas answers are elusive.
