Good mornin everyone. Dusted myself off and I'm back at it.

I did get my bloodwork done yesterday and should get the results this afternoon after two. I'm anxious over it. My doctor was really great about my concerns so we'll see what it'll show.

I also got my stimulator adjusted a bit. I'm a little...umm...disappointed the relief is not as much as the trial. Still hopeful though...some relief is better than non but I'm tired of having to take the Tylenol and such. I can't even try turmeric anything due to my eye and upcoming eye surgery. Like I said...still hopeful!

I have ANOTHER appointment today with the pain management clinic. Other than that it looks to be a relaxing day...I hope! LOL

QOTD: What's the oldest thing you own?

I have some confederate money from the civil war. My uncle had it and I was given it. I'm no fan of the confederacy but the bills just intrigue me.

B: just egg, chicken sausage, gf toast - coffee

L: roast with carrots & potato

D: so not sure about this one

S: popcorn, raspberries and ???

my pic is an old one but a favorite of mine. Its a rotating wall cloud. It was taken from my backyard a few years back.

Good Morning!

TGIF! I'm hoping our computer system Is back up at work today. It was down all day yesterday due to a 'cyber incident' .. we had no access to any clinical programs. So much paper charting yesterday - I'm sure today will be filled with back entering data to catch up. I'm also sure something is happening at work today.. my coworkers have been badgering me for two weeks on things that I like (one even asked for my bfs phone number..) and I was told not to bring a lunch today. I'm still bringing a lunch just incase there isn't something I will eat.

QOTD: I don't tend to hold onto things - I'd say the oldest thing I've hung on to is a fishing rod that belonged to my grandpa.. he gave it to me shortly before he died and I still fish with it these days. It was old in 97 when he gave it to me..

b: fairlife latte

s: 120g skyr, 40g blueberries, 15g pb and 10g bran buds

l:?
S: cheese string and some cucumber

d: homemade baked chicken fingers

S: tbd.. but maybe a London fog

Good morning and happy Friday all! I have been so exhausted this week so I was in bed by 8 last night. Feeling so refreshed this morning! I've also lost almost all of my regain after starting IF. Just a few more pounds to go. Can't believe it's already been a full week since I started.

Forgot the QOTD: probably the dining room table that belonged to my grandmother.

Good morning everybody!

RIP, Humpty Hump.

I went over my eating window by about an hour yesterday. My son wanted dinner at like 9:00 and Marilyn made this chicken curry dish from Hello Fre**** was really good, but put me an hour over. So today, I will wait an extra hour to make up for it.

I'm glad its Friday, even though its still pretty cold here today. Plans for the weekend are mostly Happy Hour tonight (one of our friends spent the week in Napa, so looking forward to hearing from them), Saturday morning practice weightlifting meet, and we may do a roof top on Sunday if the weather cooperates.

Lisa, we have a package coming from Spring Mountain Winery today

Other than that, I have some assembling to do.

QOTD: Our house is 100 years old. Marilyn's china is pretty old, but I don't know how old. I still have one of my teddie bears from childhood. I'm probably forgetting something.

Breakfast: sausage

Lunch: Sole

Dinner: Cheese Souffle

Have a great day, all!

Yum!!! We are always trying to build a wine cellar, but seem to drink it too fast to build up stock. LOL.
