Maybe you should pick one thing to concentrate on right now and master that. The pain, or the tiredness or the IF. When you successfully conquer one, pick another. It's hard on our bodies to make a lot of changes at one time. Give yourself a bit of a break. You've been through a lot recently! Hugs.

Thank you! One of the things I need to work on most is showing myself the grace that I do to others. I'm way to hard on myself. I'm better than I used to be and I hope to continue to improve :o)

QOTD: I have not gotten the vaccine, nor do I plan on it anytime soon. I want to see a little more long-term data before I decide on it. Kudos to those who went ahead and got it.
