What's on your Sunday menu?
QUOD: the dark! So stupid, I know, and it drives my DH nuts, but I have night lights all over. LOL!
B: 1 egg, 2 bacon slices, slice Colby, tbl fresh chives, 1/2 gluten-free English muffin
L: Premier Protein shake
D: 2/3 c Lactaid Cottage cheese, 1/3 c mandarin oranges, 2/3 c pineapple chunks
I feel like I should have more substantial proteins because I am on all liquids tomorrow for colonoscopy/endoscopy prep ?. I actually decided to stick with my original plan because that kind of thinking was dangerous to me before. I am trying hard to catch myself thinking that way!
