What's on your Saturday menu?
I lifted from 10-12:30, while fasting and didn't seem to have much problem with energy.

Good morning! I have such a fun packed weekend planned. I got my second dose yesterday and I feel like I'm waiting for the axe to fall. My husband and kids got theirs on Thursday and they were all pretty sick yesterday. Fevers, chills, body aches. They say if it hits it lasts about 24 hours and my husband does seem better this morning. So I'm continuing forward with my plans and pray I escape side effects. If not, I'll cancel everything. I sort of Pre warned everyone that I may be making last minute calls to cancel. My arm is very sore, but so far that's it.
menu up in the air because of so many plans. I will work to have good proteins and smart choices. Starting with 3 oz chicken breast and 1/4 c cottage cheese. A little protein bomb to get me off on the right foot!
Peace Everyone!

QOTD: I am doing well.
B: 1/4c L&F Greek yogurt
L: 1/4 c taco meat with salsa
D: puréed 2-slice salami, 1-cappecola, 1/2 sl Swiss cheese and 3 green olives. Super yummy!
