We used to wash the windows and it would take a month worth of weekends since we would do a portion a weekend. Now, we hire someone that does them twice a year. A couple hundred bucks and he does the outside while his wife does the inside. Blinds too!

Good morning! Back at my desk. Wah Wah Wahhhhh. Lots to do here. Today is going to fly by. So I found 2.5 pounds on my travels through Texas. Clearly, some is water retention as I lost 1.4 pounds over night. Today I am sitting at 1.1 pound over what has been my settled weight since about September with a few drops and gains in between. I concentrated on fluids and good proteins yesterday, and that's the plan for today. Yesterday I got to see my best friend for the first time in 13 months in person AND she has a brand new 9 week old puppy. That was a double win for me.

QoTD: Lago Di Bolsena in Italy, Mystic CT, PNW...all are water lined, so that's probably what draws me!

Menu: I did a careful grocery shop yesterday, and spent the afternoon prepping, so I feel in control this week!

B: HB egg and cottage cheese

L: chicken/feta sausage with cannellini beans, broccolini, cherry tomatoes

D: chicken/pork meatballs, with roasted broccolini, cremini mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and parm

S: beef jerky if needed. Piece of chocolate if I want it and have enough calories left over to not push me over 1100.

Peace Everyone!

Hmmm maybe I need to try this IF thing too because I'm at my wits end! I lose a few pounds and then I gain them right back...lose, gain, lose, gain. I just want to get back to my goal weight and keep losing a few more from there and be able to maintain that. My sweet cravings have been through the roof and my appetite has been ferocious! I recently started working out again and it seems like my appetite has picked up even more and surprise surprise I gained two more pounds! Ugh!!! And my pants are fitting tighter around the waist so I know it's not just muscle I've gained, but fat! Sigh....something's gotta change!

Good Tuesday afternoon.

they gave me the wrong date to get the stimulator programmed and staples removed so I go back Thursday morning.

I also go back to the retina specialist next Tuesday. I am to sleep with my head elevated until then. A whole week. I'm also having to wear my eye patch as my depth perception is way off. I can't do crafts or read much.

I just feel so angry right now. Not at any one person...just pissed off.

Have they checked your Vit K1 levels? how about the clotting time? Platelets? Cholesterol? and other minerals that can affect your blood vessels walls. Bleeding can indicate weak blood vessels walls, clothing time etc.

If your small blood vessels were damaged in the past due to high sugars, to repair them you need really good vitamins and minerals. Maybe a trip to a good hematologist who can test you for different minerals.
Cholesterol is critical for repairs of blood vessels walls, to repair the damage.

Low iron can also contribute to bruising, bleeding.

They checked my clotting time before my surgery and it was very fast( the exact number I don't remember).

I should be getting lab work done next week when I see my PCP and I'll se elf he'll order some of those. Thanks!
