Good Morning Melody and Menuers,

I just can not believe how fast the weekend goes. I could use a couple more days. I did have a nice weekend and the weather was nice so I was able to run every day. I did get some nice clothes at the estate sale we did Saturday. We had to wait an hour to get in but I ended up with 2 dresses 3 shirts and a jacket . Just wish I would have got there earlier it was really picked over by the time 9am came around. They are starting to line up at 5AM for a 7:30 sale. I do not see that happening any time soon.

QOTD:Down

Accountability: I must have done ok because the scale stayed the same. Yesterday I wrapped asparagus and feta cheese in a slice of swiss cheese then I pounded out a chicken thigh and wrapped that around the cheese and asparagus then I wrapped the whole thing in bacon. I 'm not going to lie it was pretty darn good and I have like 4 or 5 left in the fridge so looking forward to the left overs.

I did well with the situation and learned valuable lessons for next time! The more you experiment the more you figure out what works!

I just discovered biltong and holy crap...I like it so much more than ?regular? jerky. I have found a lot of jerkies are too spicy or salty. Why the biltong is not the lowest in sodium it has zero carbs and lots of protein.

I got the stryve brand but ordered some off of Amazon too. I got the stimulus stuff and paid off some stuff and paid my mom back a wee bit.

also to update...I applied and only had one paper missing. I had to call social security to get a special benefit verification letter stating that my appeal is still pending. Only took 30 minutes to get it and they have to mail it. I have two weeks to turn it in so we?ll see if I get it in time. I should but yeah...the USP and SS...I?m not counting on it!

EDIT:

I hate to sound like a very broken record but I'm pretty sure my right eye has sprung another leak. I'll be calling in the morning if it's not better. It's not unheard of for the laser treatments to loosen stuff up but this looks like a bleed and my gut tells me it is. I'm really really upset. I just want to cry and then cry some more,
