Good morning! It's going to be a beautiful day here in Dallas. Today is a free day. We found out there is a super high end shopping center near us. So I think we are going to go wander around and ogle the people and cars and try to find lunch outdoors. I'd like to get in a power walk because I've had so many treat bites. I'm feeling uncertain because I have no way to track my weight here. It's the longest period in a while. Normally I find the hotel scale in the room, weigh on it the first morning. I don't care what it says as I know all scales seem different. But I use that as a base number to try and keep an eye on my choices. No scale here.
QoTD. Absolutely Wizard of Oz.
menu is "I dunno"! I'm thinking a fresh salad for lunch with some roasted chicken. I feel like I can find that in the middle of Texas' "Rodeo Drive". The rest will be audibles. Figure it out as I go.
Peace Everyone!

Good Morning Melody and Menuers,
Yeah Tuesday! I was exactly right yesterday was an extremely busy day. Even when I got home from work I took down all the Easter decorations and got them back in the attic.
Starting Friday I guess I will be fully vaccinated as that will be day 15 from my last shot. I think we are celebration by going out to eat Mexican with friends. It will be strange to eat in a restaurant but I am in need of a fish taco.
It is so sad to hear your niece is being bullied. What is the matter with kids now a days. My hope is that and adult steps up and gets this under control. No one deserves to feel that way.

Happy Tuesday everyone,
Today is super sunny and supposed to be in the 70's so I'm going to take advantage and get a nice long walk in after work. The forecast over the next 10 days looks to be rain rain and more rain so indoor spin on my cycle will have to suffice.
QOTD: CUJO - I was probably 12 or 13 when I saw this movie and as a country kid this just hit a nerve. A super cute St.Bernard that was all of the sudden causing terror due to rabies. At the time I remember my grandparents talking about rabid animals being around the farms so I hated going outside at night for a year or 2.
Menu - Optifast x 3
Lots of water
Good morning, everybody!
We are back in Chicago for the summer. Yesterday, I got my last gym trip in, took one last swim and then we packed up and headed to the airport. Unfortunately, there was a 6 1/2 hour delay because of a mechanical issue that required a part to be flown in. So we spent the day in the airport eating junk and drinking overpriced ice tea. We finally made it home at about midnight.
We had about 28 pounds of fish with us from various trips that we took over the last couple of weeks. Marilyn bought a vacuum sealer at Walmart and she sealed and froze it, and we flew home with it in a cooler, taped shut with duct tape. It seemed to be fine and was still frozen solid when we got home.
Today, I am still just getting back in the swing of things, so a few calls, a trip to the gym and some napping.
QOTD: It really is Wizard of Oz, but I will try and think of something else as well.
Breakfast: cottage cheese and bratwurst
Lunch: salad
Dinner: TBD
Have a great day, all!

I'm ok, super sore. I will be going to the dr to get checked out, and at least have it on record. Airbags didn't deploy which is weird, considering I did hit the vehicle in front of me after getting rear ended. I think the soft tissue soreness is setting in now, but so far, I'm ok! Just super sore!
