What's on your Monday menu?
Morning!!
Dallas is a pretty slow roll town, so it's been very low key for us. We visited the Sixth floor museum yesterday. It was interesting. We found local bbq for lunch and that was great! And we tried a local steak house for dinner. My choices throughout the day were fairly good, except the two glasses of wine and the two cookies on the front porch of the B and B last night.
Today we are doing an organized small group tour of Dallas and Ft. Worth. And dinner tonight with an older friend.
Menu is ??? But I'm just going to try and keep making the best choices I can. I did get in a yoga routine this morning, so at least I'm starting off on the right foot.
Peace Everyone!

You know...I'm a life long Texan...born and raised. I've never been to Dallas. I have driven through it but not visited it. Glad you're having fun!

Bet she was super happy with such a cute cheesecake.
Hoping everyone had an enjoyable Easter. I have been sticking to the 3 Optifast shakes per day for 4 1/2 weeks so I treated myself and had some turkey, turnip, asparagus and tiny sliver of carrot cake when we had Easter this weekend. I was up a pound but am back down this morning so definitely not worth stressing over.
Yesterday was a BEAUTIFUL sunny warmish day so I managed to get out and walk for about an hour then did 40 mins of spin. The gym is closed again for a month so I have to make sure I get my workouts in at home 4-5 times a week.
Menu - Optifast x 3
Lots of water
Good to see you around again.
