Happy Good Friday everyone! Hope you're all well.

Just a quick post from me. I'm pretty flipping miserable. Turns out no one told me but I have 15 staples in one of the incisions. First time I've had them. Anyway...I at least slept betterish.

QOTD: What brand are you most loyal to?

I don't know...I like the schar breads and gluten free products. They are also egg and dairy free.

B: just egg, chicken sausage, GF toast and coffee

L: egg roll in a bowl

D: no clue

S: banana and ???

A heads up I might not be starting the menu this weekend.

Good morning, everyone!

We are back from our mini-vacation in the Everglades. It flew by, but we had a great time with our friends. Although I applied sunscreen twice a day, I am a little sunburned today.

Also, I used Chapstick yesterday. I only use it like once every 15 years, but yesterday we did a long run into the wind and I got chapped. I may put on more today. Although I put the cap on with an excessively high Chapstick level and Marilyn wasn?t thrilled with me.

I finished 1,952 out of approximately 3,400 male 55-60 in the CrossFit open. I wasn?t thrilled with my performance overall, but definitely identified areas for improvement.

All of our children are with us in Florida, so we are going to Ruth Chris tonight.

QOTD: Rogue Fitness or Alan Edmonds.

picture is us at sea

breakfast: sausage and cottage cheese

lunch: sea trout

dinner: steak

have a great day all!!

Great pictures at sea. Sorry about the sunburn. I use 50 or high spf and still manage to get burned sometimes. Ruth Chris is awesome. Enjoy that steak.

Not a role model for Lenten observance, but we don't get the kids together that often.

My Irish Catholic father would have told me I would burn in Hell for eating meat on Good Friday. My pragmatic Italian husband would have said, people commit murder and you think God cares when tney eat meat. Enjoy the meal. It will be wonderful.
