Mornin' Everyone!

online Mah Jongg this morning at 10:00, and taking my mom to her tax appt at 1:00 (I thought it was her eye doctor appt today, but that's next week). I THINK all she has to do is sign everything as far as her taxes go. She's been going to one of those AARP tax clinics for the last several years. USUALLY the "client" sits there while the volunteer does their taxes, but due to COVID, I think this year the clinic had them turn in all their info, and the volunteers completed the forms at home, and the "client" just goes in so the volunteer can review the forms with them and have the client sign them. If so, this should only take a few minutes, as opposed to an hour or two. YAY!

accountability could have been better over the weekend, but it wasn't horrible. But back to it this week...(esp since I'm hosting Easter dinner on Sunday, so I have to be on plan the rest of the week)

QOTD: when it comes to my house, no. Luckily, at least for me, I'm married to a neatnik. When it comes to pretty much anything else, like keeping financial records, tracking my eating, planning for vacations, packing, planning for dinners we're hosting (like...Easter), planning for events, yes. Crazily so.

B: plain Greek yogurt with cranberry/cherry compote, coffee with half & half

MS: protein shake (I'm making a vanilla one and adding fresh cantaloupe - plus the usual handful of "power greens")

L: kale salad with 1 Costco chicken skewer

AS: depends on this tax appt - if it goes longer than I'm thinking it will, or if my mother wants to do something afterward, then a protein bar (I'm taking one with me just in case). Otherwise, probably the usual L&F yogurt with either 1/2 a protein muffin or a light English muffin with cream cheese

D: teriyaki salmon filet, small sweet potato with 1/2 T butter and fake brown sugar

ex: some kind of cardio

Good Morning Melody and Menuers,

How did it become Monday already? The only good thing is I have Friday off for Good Friday. That's what you get when working for a good Catholic company. So yeah on that end.

Shout out to Liz on a 5 year anniversary. Keep inspiring girl it is great to know you got this.

I had my second vaccine on Friday. Yeah (kinda) I got up Saturday and did my crazy 8 fitness class and came home and wowzah I had pain shooting through my thighs and head. Thought it was the workout but then figured out it was the vaccine. I took Tylenol and it did help but it lasted for about 5 hours. I had the Pfizer vaccine so if you get that one buckle up.

QOTD: OCD here.

Accountability: I did good. I had a wine and an bakery made oatmeal cream pie (like a little debbie but pumped up. I ate it 1/4 at a time still got a bite left.

TSS: 3 years 3 Months and 18 days 133 (Lowest 129.4)

B: Coffee with SF CM Caramel chocolate creamer

MS: Premier banana protein and berries

CB: Coffee with SF CM Caramel Chocolate creamer

L: Chicken salad and snack select

D:Turkey Meat balls

Exercise: 3.5 Mile run (done)

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I started a sublingual B12 3x a week

Good morning! Melody, I'm throwing my good thoughts and healthy vibes in the ring for you today and tomorrow and a wishing you a fast recovery!

today is chaos. Roofers just arrived. (Brown dog freaking out). Cable guy due in the next two hours. Then I need to squeeze in a grocery trip and pick up more vitamins before lunch with a friend and getting some highlights thrown in my hair. Also have to go back to the RV, now in storage because I left my wedding ring in it. Duh!
QoTD: Very, very organized. And always in control of my situation or I'm freaked out.

Menu

B: egg and a slice of bacon

L: probably insides of a club sandwich

D: stuffed chicken breast, salad and a couple bites of mashed potatoes.
