What's on your (photo) Friday menu?
Sorry about the bad day at work, and I hope Em is feeling better today.

We've had a couple of wisdom teeth the last few years. No fun. Unfortunately, I don't have any advice to help other than time.

Mornin' All!
well I really liked the "new friend" I met online - we met for real yesterday. I knew he'd be safe and I'd probably like him because we have a handful of mutual friends as well as several common interests. So we'll meet up again for sure. I have two other friend potentials whom I haven't met up with yet (both women), but I'm FB friends with both of them. We're supposed to have a couple of warm days next week, so I'll try to schedule at least one of them on one of those warm-ish afternoons. This is actually kind of fun. I don't know that I actually need new friends, but I've had a couple of long-term ones move away over the last year or two, so it's good to bring some new people into the fold.
I have online Mah Jongg this morning but nothing else today. I think it's supposed to be colder and it looks pretty dreary out - I haven't checked the weather, but I'm betting on rain. Boo. It might be a good day to watch the movie for my film discussion group (we're watching "Obit"). I also have to make a decision on a new furnace. The furnace guy said either a one-stage (like we have now) or a two-stage (which they sell more of these days) would work for us. Almost every article I've read said a two-stage is better, but those are all written by HVAC companies (and two-stages are more expensive). I did read one by a former HVAC person who said they're also more prone to issues and are more expensive to repair, so I'll take that into consideration as well. Personally, our current one stage is fine (they're supposedly noisier than two-stages and you have more hot & cold spots in your house), but that's never bothered us, so I doubt it'll bother us if we go for a new one-stage. But still...decisions. I'll read up on it more today.
QOTD: my brain hasn't fully turned on yet - I'll come back and fill this out later if something pops into mind
B: Greek yogurt with 1/2 diced mango
MS: protein shake
L: kale salad topped with 1 Costco chicken skewer
AS: probably a protein muffin
D: crab cake with either a salad or a baked sweet potato
ex: weights for sure, maybe cardio if I'm in the mood. Someone on some site recommended this guy's walking videos, so I've been doing them the past couple of weeks when I can't get outside. I really like them:

have a great day, everyone!
Good morning everybody!
We are settled back in to Florida. Wednesday through Friday I have been working, but next week is Spring Break, so I will be on vacation. Hopefully, not too many client emergencies so I can unplug a little.
When we go back to the office, we won't really have fixed desks anymore, so we need to get the paper off our desks. Well yesterday I got a message that a shipping company had 10 bankers boxes of materials at my house. Sounds like they sent everything in my office. Ugh.
Saying "Hi" to Workinprogress" - I haven't seen you around this week.
I will finish the CrossFit Open today (don't know how to upload pictures on my phone), but 21.3 is front squats, toes to bar and thrusters, then front squats pull-ups and thrusters, then front squats chest to bar pull-ups then thrusters. 15 minute cap. I can only do a few chest to bar if I make it that far. 21.4 is a complex of Deadlift, clean, hang clean and jerk. It's immediately after 21.3, so weights will be lower. I would be happy with 160. We will see.
I am doing it at CrossFit Megladon in Venice Florida. Afterwards dinners (same place we went to with Liz and Mike) and up to Tampa to pick up our son.
QOTD: Chinacat Sunflower - Grateful Dead.
breakfast - sausage and cottage cheese
lunch - hamburger
dinner - probably some chicken dish
Have a great day, All!
