Good morning, happy Taco Tuesday!

QOTD - Live anywhere, honestly, I would stay here, only because I really love my house and my doggy set up. I would definitely invest in central air, heat and a new kitchen. BUT, to visit, Ireland (family heritage) and PNW at any given opportunity.

Breakfast- fasting, so hot black coffee and water

Food - I brought fruits, veggies and hummus. If I'm being honest, I'm dealing with a straight up asshole at work (supervisor) who is really, best diet ever. I literally have no appetite. This seems great, but I am literally the person who after lunch, I am asking "what's for dinner"?! I love food, I am a foodie. With IF, I really enjoy my eating window. I am feeling very defeated at work and I'm trying to work through and process this crap. I work for such an amazing organization and she's just sucking the life out of me. I just can't sometimes.

UGH! Enough *****ing!

Alright you guys, y'all have a FANTASTIC Tuesday and please, someone have a taco for me!

Sorry you're supervisor is so draining. I've been there. Is there anyone you can talk to about it?

Unfortunately, no. We have HR, etc. but...it's such a small department (mine), she would make life a living hell for us regardless. She's toxic positivity, if you're familiar with the type. Loves to say "I'm a light worker, I'm an empath, blah blah blah". It's just...ridiculous. I am just focusing on getting out of here, as soon as I can. I love the org, want to stay part of it, just not this department.

Good morning, everybody!

Tomorrow we are headed to Florida until April 5th. We have three fishing trips planned. One of them is a two day trip with friends of ours from Texas. We will do one day of couple vs. couple competition and one day of guys vs. gals. I will do event 21.3 in Venice.

DD went to an NHL game the other night. I think that they only allow 25% capacity and she has already had COVID, but that was the first large attendance event for our family. It looks weird to see her in Dallas Stars colors as opposed to the Blackhawks.

QOTD: Nantucket in the summer, Florida Keys in the winter.

Breakfast: Sausage and cottage cheese

Snack: protein bar

Lunch: Mahi burger

Dinner: Hello Fresh

Have a great day, all!

Good morning! I had a nice restful day yesterday and made good food choices. I did have an extra few ounces of wine. It was a special bottle my husband had bought, and it was yummy! I'm so into this book I am reading, The Hour I first Believed, by Wally Lamb, that it's about all I really want to do right now! I'm sort of wishing that I had waited to start it for my flight to Dallas in a about 2 weeks. It would have kept me completely busy on the plane!

QOTD: In the US, Mystic, CT. I have family there and every time I visit, I toy with buying a property there. Outside the US? Montepulciano, Italy. So gorgeous. Remember that private plane statement from last week or so? You can bet that plane is going to Montepulciano. It's also where brown dog got his name from; Monte. No update on his eye. Vet was full up yesterday so he's going today. Poor dude.

Menu:

B: 2-3 oz roasted chicken breast w/1/4 C cottage cheese and EBTB seasoning

L: 1/2 fried boneless chicken breast on spring salad

D: tilapia tacos, on corn tortilla, avo, queso cheese , 1/2 c refried beans

Peace Everybody!
