Good Moring Melody and Menuers,
Those of us who had to change clocks for day light savings time are yawning as we type. It was pitch black and freezing on my run this morning. I hate daylight savings time and will never understand why we have it. Is this just a united states thing?

Accountability; Ok I drank a bunch of wine and I ate a candy bar that was low in sugar but I waited to read the calories after and I was only supposed to eat 2 squares not the whole thing. 460 calories later.

nope, not just a United States thing - although some countries never adopted it and some (like Turkey) have dropped it in recent years. In Japan (and maybe in some other countries, too) they call it "summer time" and "winter time", which I like better because it drives me crazy when people talk about changing to "Daylight Savings Time" in the fall. NO!!! That is standard time! We change to Daylight Savings Time in the spring! Sheesh!!
Yes for years I thought The Fall was the daylight savings time since it made it lighter earlier. Either way still makes no sense to me. So we are on DLST longer than standard time. No wonder no-one can get a good sleep.
