What's on your Tuesday menu?

Good morning everyone! Hoping today finds you well.
Its going to be a long day for me. Can't sleep and I have an appointment with the retina specialist at 3 something. I'm really really nervous over this! I'm afraid I'll be needing surgery. Yuck!
Eating hasn't been totally great but it has been better everyday. My blood sugars have been great.
QOTD: If you could have a never-ending candle that smelled like anything you wanted, what fragrance would you want it to be?
I know this is a silly question but I think it's interesting what scent we would all like to have around any and all the time. For me it is real fresh baked bread smell. Either that or something like cinnamon coffee cake.
B: JUST egg, chicken sausage, GF toast and coffee
L: GF breaded chicken tenders and maybe a small salad
D: totally unprepared for this one
S: popcorn, grapes and ???
Made this yesterday to settle my nerves over today's appointment.

Morning all! Quick post before I start work. Accountability was better yesterday, but still not where I want it. Hopefully today will be even better.
QOTD: any kind of light fresh scent or even lavender. Can't do anything too strong or it will trigger a migraine. Can't do food as it will make me hungry. Lol
B: coffee & protein shake
L: maybe another protein shake or oatmeal
D: leftover broiled scallops, shrimp and flounder with broccoli
S: L&F Greek yogurt

Good morning, for the first time in a long time, I have stuck with eating right for a solid week - and down 6 lbs!!! Yay me. Obviously I can't maintain that pace, but I'm pleased with a good kick-off.
QOTD: cinnamon - i love the smell or fresh laundry - also a favorite
B: steelcut oats with pureed berries and splenda
L: salad with chicken
D: it's warm here today so maybe fish on the grill or a pot of meatballs.
E: have been walking the dog 2x day since covid began, but it's not very beneficial as he has to sniff and pee on everything. Trying to get my head ready to start on an exercise plan. : /

Mornin'!
I have class this morning and some errands to run this afternoon. I also might get out on my bike again today. I went out yesterday afternoon and it was great. I only made it for 45 minutes, but given that I haven't biked in about three months, I suppose that's pretty good (too bad all the squats and lunges I did over the winter in hopes of keeping up my leg muscles didn't do the trick - although I'm sure it helped. Evidently you use some other muscles in addition to those when you bike...). I'll keep plugging away. I'll eventually get back up to where I was last fall.
QOTD: I'm not a candle person (that would be my sister), but like others, I like the smell of baked goods - esp bread and cinnamon
B: protein shake (actually a sweet potato/spinach/date/vanilla protein powder smoothie - it's great!). Coffee with half & half
MS: plain Greek yogurt with apple compote
L: turkey chili
AS: light English muffin with light cream cheese, L&F yogurt
D: chicken rogan josh
ex: strength-training for sure, possibly a yoga class. And probably biking, too.
have a great day, everyone!
