What's on your photo Friday menu?
Happy Friday gang,
Along with others, I'm so glad to have this week over with. There are no big plans for the weekend but if the sun is out, I hope to head out on a couple long walks with my daughter. I'll head to the gym tonight and then again on Sunday morning to get some weight training in. Since starting Optifast shakes last Tuesday, I'm down 8 lbs so I'm happy with that and helps me to stick it out moving forward. (some of this was jus****er weight I'm sure)
Menu - 3x Optifast
Lots of water
What's the agenda for lifting today?

That's a great question. I usually just wing it depending on what stations are open. I'm hoping to do my pyramid set of deadlifts 12 reps x 5 sets varying from 95-115 lbs. My trainer and I do 12 reps x 4 sets of all other stations so when I go on my own I try to superset everything. Leg press, kettlebell swings, bicep curls, shoulder flies, delt flies, cable chest presses, face pulls, lat pull downs, and goblet squats are all possibilities. Last night we worked on core so there was quite a bit of mat work plus platform mountain climbers.
Great job!! OH Squat, Snatch Balance, Hang Power Snatch, Power Clean and Front Squat for me.

Good morning everybody!
I go back to Illinois on Sunday and tomorrow is supposed to rain, so this is my last sunny day here for awhile. Although I have heard it?s pretty nice in Illinois this week.
Does anyone know whether Redfin or Zillow is more accurate? I had always looked at Zillow and it gave us one number for our house, but Redfin comes back with a much happier number.
QOTD: Plumbers.
I?ve posted these before, but thought Melody might like the Hobbit RE-enactment from New Zealand last year.
Breakfast: sausage, avocado, cottage cheese
Lunch: fish
Snack: jerky

I didn't think you would have much trouble picking out the part I was referring to.

I just checked on both sites, and there's only a $5K difference between the two (on our house). I'm not sure where they come up with those numbers, but our house was re-assessed within the last couple of years because we added a porch, so they may just look at whatever the city has listed for tax purposes and add a few bucks to come up with a market value? I'm not sure. I would guess it's something like that because they couldn't just go by something like square footage since the price per sq ft can vary so much depending on location. If it's been awhile since your house was reassessed, that could be why there's such a difference between the two sites, since they'd have to guesstimate the current value. Maybe.
I just double checked and it's 95k different. I think that their algorithms are based on recent sales in the neighborhood. At least Zillow's is because they list comparable.

LOL - I just now came back on here to tell you that I looked at the two sites more carefully, and noticed the same thing - that they list comparables on there. So....I don't know. $95K difference is A LOT.
I also noticed Zillow has our square footage listed as 1985, and Redfin has it as 2433. I think Redfin is counting the finished part of our basement and possibly our porch (it's a three season porch)
