What's on your Monday menu?
Great job on starting us off everyday Melody and you striking photographs always bring a smile.
This weekend was much milder but also rainy so the snow has pretty much disappeared and I'm eager to get back out for some extra long walks. I went to the gym yesterday morning, did an hour of weight training and 15 mins of cardio so felt a "good sore" this morning. Today Ontario is back in the "orange colour" zone so this week they gym increases in capacity from 10 to 50 members.... I'll be making sure I go on off-peak times as a precaution.
Menu - Optifast x 3
Lots of water and possibly herbal mint tea.
Good Morning Melody and Menuers,
Welcome back Madison Rose you were truly missed and we were concerned. I didn't read your post yet but I will as soon as I get this done.
So I landed that Vaccine for my Mother. She will get her first shot tomorrow morning at 9:15AM. Fortunately I was able to pawn the taking her off on my brother since it is his day off. I know he and she are against the vaccine so to make sure she actually gets it I told him I need all paperwork she get to submit to her insurance (Not true) but that will confirm that actually got it and didn't just go to breakfast.
I have been having trouble sleeping. I must have had 16 hot flashes last night. It is killing me.
QOTD: My First concert was 1976 I saw Gary Wright, Peter Frampton, and the Beach Boys and Three Rivers Stadium. I was 12. My first album I ever got was Beachboys endless summer. But I think the first Musicians I was truly into was the Beatles.
Accountability: I made these amazing Brown butter, raspberry. white chocolate cookies. Usually it only takes a bite or 2 and I am sick. Not these guys over the weekend I managed to eat 3 of them. I will never make them again.

Peter Frampton in 1976, you were definitely one of the cool kids!!
My first concert was the Cars, who are arguably the worst live band of all time. Those first two albums, though.

They were famous for 57 minute concerts. I don't think they were trying to cheat people, it's just that they were a studio band.
Allman Brothers is the best live concert I have been to. My 19 year old, who has been to a bunch, says that musically Dead & Company is the best concert he's been to.
Cara seldom posts anymore, but she went to the epic (600,000 attendees) Allman Brothers/Grateful Dead/The Band 1973 concert a****kins Glen NY.
