What's on your Thursday menu?
Good morning! It's still very dark out there and I missed a turn on the way to work. Still learning the temporary path. But I made it safe and sound. I was exhausted after work yesterday. I did pretty well with my menu, but I added a second square of chocolate. We took the dogs for a nice walk through the RV park, so a little unexpected exercise. With the added bonus of getting to play with a 9 week old Toy Australian Shepard. She was about as big as my hand. SO CUTE!!
QoTD: Go to bed early, and talk about bodily functions, or lack there of. LOL.
Menu:
B: Chicken loaf, 1/4 C cottage cheese
L: 2-3 oz roasted pork shoulder, kale salad
D: Real Good food stuffed chicken breast, 2 oz baked potato, 1 broccolini
S: if needed, beef jerky/parm crisps. I have needed this everyday as I have woken up starving each day this week and have this as a pre breakfast ramp up or something. My weight is holding, so I am presuming my body really needs this right now. I'd like it to stop now though.
Peace Everyone!

Mornin' All!
well I just got done jogging/marching through Bangkok. Last night it was Istanbul ("Treadmill Traveler" videos on youtube). I totally get why Jen and Julia liked those iFit videos on their treadmills so much. Way better than watching a bunch of people in a studio walk/march in place.
I have classes until 12:30 and a board meeting at 5:00. In between, I have a couple of errands I need to run and a list of things I should be doing...so, busy day again today.
QOTD: other than the aforementioned "BM chats", I can't think of anything off the top of my head..
B: pumpkin protein shake, coffee with half & half
MS: Greek yogurt with cranberry/cherry compote
L: cheesecake-flavored yogurt pie with blueberry compote
AS: maybe an Aldi's egg/cheese pita (they're actually half pitas..)
D: turkey salad or some microwavable dinner
have a great day, everyone!
Good Morning Christina and Menuers,
I can see the weekend coming Yeah. However I do feel I am in the Movie Groundhog Day lately especially with all the snow and cold. Can someone please make it stop.
Here is an update, Still no vaccine for mom. I was close last night filled out the form further than I ever been and bam opps to slow you loose no available appointments. This is a **** show I don't understand why the doctor just can't call and tell her to come in when they schedule it. I do not understand how this became the job of our elderly parents kids.
I did find all the gifts I need for my month of celebrations. I think DH will be happy when it is all said and done. I did end up buying a Cricut maker bundle on there website and I am hoping I get it here by the 26th. It took me 2 days to get it because yesterday it said it was out of stock. Story of my life lately. I also found a nice grow light on amazon that should be here in time for our anniversary.
I know we don't talk about it that much on here but don't you love the days when you have a bonus BM. I was in the restroom and thought I just had to pea but....BONUS. Please tell me we all feel this way and I am not just mentally deranged.
QOTD: I do not have an animal. I always wanted a dog growing up and It never happened. Before I moved out my dad was struggling with cancer and I actually brought him a Black lab that basically extended my Dads life for about 15 years but when I got my own place I felt I work to many hours to give a dog the time it needed to be a good fit. I never thought I would not have animals in my life.
Accountability: I changed my pulled pork to pulled pork nachos and I ate some nuts and prunes.(probably reason for 2nd BM)
