Snack - apple with peanut butter
Snack - fruit smoothie
Dinner - spaghetti, vegan for me, regular for the kiddos
Have a great day everyone!

Good morning Everybody!
After 4 attempts to navigate the OH messaging system, I broke down and just texted. So me and Cynthia are set for lunch tomorrow. I had missing subjects, missing address, yada yada.
Marilyn is at the farmer's market this morning, so I am just hanging out, catching up on work and practicing my walk walks.
QOTD: when I was a kid, I thought adults stayed up all night. Now I know we sleep whenever possible.
breakfast: protein bar
lunch : hamburger

Have a great day all!

I have used a Flip Fold for at least 20 years, maybe longer. I wore one out and am on my second one. It makes it so easy to get everything folded to the exact same size. Different size towels all end up so easy to stack neatly. They look just right in the linen cabinet.
