good morning everyone!
I hope this week has treated you ok!
I have an appointment at 2 something with the pain clinic but we also have the kids today. Should be interesting. I see a long wait for me due to my mom needing to go pick up the kids. My tailbone and back do protest.
qotd: Were your parent(s) strict?
no. My mom was a single mom and worked a lot. Thankfully I didn't get into trouble much LOL
b: just egg, chicken sausage, coffee
l: frozen dinner (Amy's gluten and dairy free)
d: probably lunch meat and a few tortilla chips

QOTD: no they weren't. my dad left when I was 15 and then it was mom and 3 girls and she worked retail till 6 pm. so when we got off school we ate allllll the food. we weren't good kids and tended to get in minor trouble.
food plan:
b: coffee/ egg whites/lo cal pita
water water
l: slice of MM pizza and salad (its our treat)
d: probably last of chili
s: maybe a shake or cottage cheese
My extreme eating started when I was in my teens too.

I started extreme eating in my pre teens. After the fiasco of my father trying to commit suicide in a very public manner...things went downhill. I didn't handle it or a few other things very well.

Morning all. Pain is about the same this morning. No better, but no worse. My sweet little kitty is getting spayed this morning. Dropped her off early this morning and will pick her up later this afternoon. My older cat is getting a break from being tormented, but I can tell he's lost without her here.
QOTD: Mom was super strict, but dad was more laid back.
Food plan is probably soup and pushing more liquids of course.
Have a great Friday all!

LOVE the pics! Our animals are so special though truly aren't they?
Mike and I had a great 6 month anniversary celebration yesterday. The whole day was special and he surprised me with a pendant totally unique to this area of Florida. Here we are after lunch at Cocoa Beach:
QOTD: My parents might have been strict initially but everything sort of fell apart after my father died when I was 12, my eldest brother died when I was 14, and my mother became an alcoholic as a result. So no real oversight after that. I was mostly not too wild, but I did end up pregnant at 17. No regrets though.
TSS: 4 years, 10 months
B: Coffee!!! Scrambled eggs and cottage cheese
L: lunch at beach club - probably salad
D: steak and broccoli
S: nut thins and cottage cheese or almonds
