They aren't frozen,,,, they are in the refrigerated section in the aisle past the various cheeses and prepackaged dips/salads at our location.

They also freeze well. But we don't like them microwaved. We use a toaster oven or George Foreman grill to heat it up, either from fresh or from frozen.

Very good Jim. I been frying with a honey batter for my DH and Mom and I been grilling it with low carb tortillas for fish tacos with a mango salsa for me. I hope the fishing is as good next year because I really have been enjoying it. I only have 2 packs left.

Mernin' errybody!

QOTD - I would pick ravioli. All the other stuff I eat regularly, I have veganized them pretty well, and thankfully don't have any issues. I have YET to find a decent vegan ravioli and I miss that!

Breakfast - fasting, so hot black coffee and lots of water

Lunch - Refried beans, vegan cheese, soyrizo on corn tortillas

Snack - apple with peanut butter and pepitas

Snack - fruit smoothie with kale

Snack - triscuits with chickpea salad

Dinner - nothing planned yet, but something veggies, with either some rice or pasta

Oh, and Girl Scout cookies have invaded my home. Thin Mints are vegan! I'm always happy when GS cookies are around. As long as I eat them between 12pm and 6pm, I'm okay with it!

Have a great day y'all!

Christina

Let it begin with me.

Good morning and thanks for starting us off supershopper,

I seem to fit in the weekend trend for these posts so far, it was a pretty uneventful weekend but I did manage to do some weights both days as well as a 55 minute at home spin session once. Tonight I'll hit the bike again. I made a quick run for some meats at a local butcher shop so I'm all set for healthy snacking with turkey kielbasa.

QOTD: Lasagna would be my choice

B - protein shake

L - chicken veggie soup, greek yogurt

S - turkey kielbasa

D - fish, asian salad

S - boiled egg if hungry
