hey seems like forever since I've been here but that was JUST Friday!

Friday after work ran errands and got groceries, sat went to gym, (I was alone in there), and then came back to make a HUGE pot of chili for sunday and chicken fingers panfried on the oven and a burned them. im apparently needing work on this hahaha. sunday I made stir fry for me, lower cal corn muffins for chili, and banana bread for DH and breakfast. cleaned up kitchen.

QOTD: if you HAD to pick only one and could eat it without being sick or gaining weight , spaghetti, lasagna, or ravioli? I think I would choose ravioli.

plans for today- work, maybe walking.

B: coffee

egg whites/laughing cow cheese, low carb tortilla

b2: unsure

l: stir fry

d: I think turkey meatloaf if I can get the ground turkey out of freezer and thawed out.

s: probably shake

Good morning, everybody!

We got about 10 inches of snow over the weekend. I did three shovelings yesterday. The main one was in the morning, and my neighbor helped out by snowplowing part of the driveway where the plows had come by. Two smaller ones in the afternoon to keep everything clean.

One more week of winter and then I am going back to Florida for at least a month. Marilyn had a nice stay and her tennis team finished among the medalists.

I did leave a few dishes for the cleaning lady this morning, which I feel somewhat guilty about. But the house is far from a disaster. When I picked up my laundry last night, it was a shockingly small pile - did I wear the same thing for the last 12 days?

QOTD: Lasagna. I will dump on really sweet things (looking at you Key Lime Pie on Thanksgiving). But generally, I can digest anything that my teeth can break.

Breakfast: omlette

Lunch: Mahi burger

Snack:nuts

Dinner: Hello Fresh

Have a great day, all!

I seem to wear the same four or five things in any given season these days. Has been that way since I retired - and on top of that, now I have days that I never leave the house (thanks to COVID). No one knows what I'm wearing every day, so...

I literally wear the same 2 pairs of yoga pants and 3 t-shirts and do 1 small load of laundry every 3 days, lol.

That is great that Marilyn's team medaled. Jealous your leaving the north to escape the snow. Last year on this day I was on a flight to ***** Cana. Seems like years ago.

Good Morning,

I had an uneventful weekend. I did a lot of crafting, and Netflix watching. I did manage a 8.3km walk in the bitter cold.. but it was good for me. This month is going to be busy as all else. I don't normally work full time Hours, but this month I do. I'm also on call 12/28 nights/days this month.. it'll play out to be interesting and I'm working on filling my fridge with healthy, protein packed quick meals I can grab when I'm called in.. if you guys have any tips that would be appreciated!

QOTD: lasagna. ?

B: fairlife latte

S: skyr yogurt & PB

L: Turkey meatballs, cauliflower, marinara sauce

S: 1/2 protein shake & 1/2c coffee

D: low carb tortilla, cheese
