What's on your Friday Menu

When women are in menopause they end up sleeping with their feet outside of the covers to keep the heat down. I wonder how that works with the weighted blanket. I keep thinking about buying one, but have my feet out of the covers half the night.

You can still stick your feet out from under the weighted blanket. You just have to pull a bit harder to pull it off your feet. Mine is from Lee weight loss (they recommend you buy by your weight), I have to use both hands.

That is interesting to know. I might try one of them.

Good afternoon Jim and Menuers,

I didn't think anyone was going to start us today. Thanks for doing it Jim. No plans for the weekend just trying to stay on plan and a workout. I have a hit class tomorrow and mostly treadmill on Sunday. I have enough leftovers to get me through the weekend so hoping it keeps me out of the kitchen and stops me from snacking.

QOTD: I curl up in my leather chair with a blanket. We use the Gas fireplace to keep down the chill.

Accountability: I had a Twinkie flavored coffee and 2 prunes.

B: Coffee with sugar free ID caramel Macchiato

MS: Premier Caramel Protein shake and berries

CB: Coffee with sugar free ID caramel Macchiato

L: , Chicken salad and snack selects.

D: Flourless gluten free low-carb pizza .

Exercise: 50 minute tread mill (DONE)

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium.

Twinkie flavored coffee?? The U.S. has a zillion flavors of almost anything.. whenever I get across the border I take hours in a grocery store checking out all the variety. So much fun.

I dated a fellow from London Ontario and he would have me bring the savory Toaster Strudels up for him and his family because that couldn't get it up there but damn I'd spend some money if I could get Peameal bacon down here.

I just got home and omg....guys....I guess I didn't realize just how much pain I had been in. I'm having some residual pain from the leads placement. My tailbone is a little sensitive. BUT guys! I'm speechless. Just wowed.

Such good news that even this early you feel a difference. Praying that the relief continues and improves. Sooo happy to see you excited!!

Thank you so much! I am a bit nauseous at the moment but I think it's from the antibiotic they gave me and the pain is a little higher. BUT still vastly improved. I will be talking to the representative from the company who made the stimulator every day until the leads are pulled.

I'm so very hopeful!
