Good Morning! Late check in since I slept in today due to some mild stomach upset. Nothing much to update from dr appt regarding my ankle/foot. Referring me to the ankle/foot spec to decide course of action. May start with cortisone shots but I won't know until I meet with that dr. No running but elliptical ok unless pain is persistent when doing it.
