Mernin' everyone. Happy Monday!

QOTD - I move between Grey's Anatomy during the day, and then randomly we watch Tiny House Nation at night. We watched all of Schitts Creek, and yes, I think both my husband and I are in love with Dan Levy. It's definitely the wine, not the label. He's just a lovely human. My husband says I do many of the things he does. I close my eyes when I don't like things, I make faces like him, and most importantly I always insist on snacks and only go if there are snacks and immediately ask where are the snacks. So, I love him even more.

I did some meal prep yesterday so I am super happy for the easy week!

Breakfast - fasting so water and hot black coffee

Lunch - soyrizo tofu scramble on toast with avocado butter and vegan chao cheese

Snack - apple with peanut butter

Snack - fruit smoothie

Dinner - Beyond burger patty (1/2 because they are huge) and veggies on side.

We watched all of Schitt's Creek over the holidays and laughed so much. I didn't know until the end that Twyla was Daniel's real life sister.

Yes! It just goes to show that Eugene Levy raised some great kids. I watched the behind the scenes, and they noted that Eugene would sometimes just stop and watch his kids while they were acting, and it just got me in the heart! I love love love that show, everything about it! I didn't expect to truly love the characters as much as I did. The David/Patrick love story really touched me, in how normal it was, it wasn't played up or stereotypical it was just love. Very well done.
