Congrats Melody, that's great news!!!
QOTD - Looking forward to making myself do some yoga, learning some SQL, and eat some yummy food that I am going to cook. Been having way too much take out.
Breakfast - (fasting till 10am) - Coffee with almond creamer, and a beautiful, pink concha (pan dulce) I picked up from a local vegan bakery. She's beautiful, and she's all mine!
Lunch - kale/soyrizo/tofu scramble on tortilla with vegan cheese. I'm a routine person.
Snack - peach, crackers with peanut butter
Snack - fruit smoothie
Dinner - No idea. Maybe a giant salad, and some bakers on the side.
Have a great day, and a great weekend everyone!

Enjoy that concha for me too! I wish we had something like vegan bakeries here!

SQL is just the acronym for structured query language. It's basically just used for running queries, etc. I used to do it once upon a time, and I'm trying to brush up on it. A concha is a Mexican pastry, it looks like a shell. See below

I love concha! There are a couple of Mexican bakeries a couple of towns south of us and there is always a line outside the bakery during the weekend. Haven't had one in a looog while but I can taste the yumminess. Enjoy it for me too.

So far I've had half, and it's soooo good. It's the perfect start to a weekend. This is the kind of thing that seriously, I have denied myself for years. I just refuse to do it any longer. I feel like the IF has helped me maintain my weight for over a year, I'm at my lowest and I feel really good, so I'm gonna eat this concha! Girl, next time stand in that line when you get a chance, and have you a concha with some coffee or hot tea if you prefer. Too good not too. The pink is my favorite, but they are all good! I have to be really careful when I go to Mexican bakeries (and hello, I'm in San Antonio so they are literally on every corner, just like taco places!!!). I tend to go overboard, but this time, I knew exactly what I wanted, so I just got my little treat, and then two things (one for hubby and one for my mother in law) and I left. I felt pretty accomplished!

You are my goal; not to have hang ups about food. I'm working on it. I need to keep my weight stable, which I haven't been successful, it goes up and down. When I can keep it in a 5 lb range then I can venture out.
Getting a concha, with a cup of Mexican coffee where they put cinnamon in it, sounds like heaven to me.
